Wilbur Kemper Hoggatt "Dutch" Dutch, Esta & Beula Hoggatt. Wilbur Kemper Hoggatt, commonly known as Dutch, was born on September 2, 1886, in Grant County, Indiana. He was the son of Nathaniel Lewis Hoggatt & Sarah Catherine Smith. He married Estes Maud Sprinkle on December 23, 1908, in Grant County, Indiana. Esta was born on July 21, 1889, and died April 22, 1943. Dutch died on August 14, 1963. Charles & Merle Hoggatt Obituary: April 24, 1943 ESTA HOGGATT SERVICES SET Rev. F. O. Frankboner will officiate at the funeral rites for Mrs. Esta Hoggatt, 53, who died at 12:30 a.m. Thursday at Marion General Hospital. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ, Normal, Ind. Burial will be in Knox Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Hoggatt, a resident of Herbst, was the wife of Dutch Hoggatt, insurance representative and member of the Church of Christ at Normal. She had been a patient at the hospital since April 12. Survivors are the husband; five sons, Charles, Mishawaka; Merle, Muncie; James, Sycamore, Ill., and George and Dean, at home, and two daughters, Mrs. Julia Myers, Marion and Mrs. Geraldine Cardwell, Detroit. The body will be taken from 504 West Third street early today to the residence in Herbst where it will remain until time for the services.
