Seated at left in uniform is George Stewart, son of James Francis Stewart and Anna Runyon. He married Mary Westrick and they were killed on their wedding day by a train. Perhaps that is Mary standing behind him. He was not in the Civil War, so I assume this is a reenactment of sorts. The writing on the back of the photo is very faded but I can discern 'George Stewart', and 'Canaan' very dimly. If anyone recognizes a person in this photo I would really appreciate hearing from you.
