Another photo of the couple taken in their declining years. These pictures were given to me by my cousin, Anita Roseberry Seulean.

Samuel was the son of Thomas Roseberry, Sr. who came to America from Ireland in the late 1700's. He first settled in Lancaster Co., PA, later moved to Ohio for a while and then on to Jefferson Co., IN where he bought land in Graham Twp. in 1811. Julia Ann was the daughter of Peter and Hannah Long Waldsmith. Peter's grandfather, the Rev. Johannes Waldschmidt came to America from Germany about 1751-1752 and settled in Lancaster Co., PA. Samuel and Julia Ann are buried in Pisgah Cemetery at Deputy, IN.
