Campbell-Risk Family Bible

This transcription was originally made from a Bible owned by Mrs Gerald Parker, 5660 W. Minnesota St., Indianapolis, Ind., and sent to the late Mrs. David Gibbs, who worked with the Ripley Co. Historical Society.–Robert W. Scott. James Campbell and Susannah Buchanan, who had married first Andrew G. Risk, lived in Brown Township, Ripley Co. But they owned land on Hicks Ridge in Shelby Township, Jefferson County and when their children matured, they lived in both Jefferson and Ripley Counties.

The Campbell Bible was published by Brattleboro Typographic Co., Inc., Brattleboro, Vt., in 1836.
