In 1941, the D.A.R. recorded this cemetery as being on the Stephens farm, east of Rd. 29 and North of Fairmount. The graveyard was grown up with honeysuckle and weeds and almost impossible to get into it.They recorded one stone:
Sacred / to / the memory of / Ann C. Grover / who died Sep 3d / 1824 / age 8 months / 24 days
On May 5, 2001, Ellen Belcher, of Madison, showed Brad & I where this cemetery is located. [I will add directions later]. The cemetery is now located in a residential area and is being cared for. A monument which has a wrought iron fence around it has been added. A few pieces of broken stones are propped up behind the monument. One broken stone is outside of the fence.
